Means “Homemade from the heart” my chef journey began cooking beside my mother at a young age in the kitchen. Growing up on the Hawaiian islands, there is a variety of foods, flavors, and traditions that come from different cultures infused all together and put on a plate.
My name is Nia, owner, and chef at Gourmet by NK located in san Jose, California, established since 2015. Today we offer private chef services, providing fresh cooked meals with quality ingredients from local farmers markets. These Fresh meals are then delivered to families and individuals all over the bay area.
Our meals are Traditional with a touch of modern! Creating a flavorful “bento box” or lunch box containing Several different courses for your enjoyment.
