Deep fried seasoned shrimps roll wrappers served with sweet & sour sauce.

Papaya Salad
Shredded green papaya, carrots, tomatoes and peanut & spicy lime dressing

Main Course

Salmon Panang Curry
8 oz. salmon fillet in coconut milk infused Panag curry paste with kaffir leaves, yellow squash and red peppers, served with white rice.

Dessert

Mango Sticky Rice
Fresh Mango over sticky rice topped with coconut cream

About Chef Annie
Chef Annie was born in Chiangmai, Northern Thailand and honed her Thai food culinary skills at various Bay Area restaurants and food truck operated by her with her family. She is passionate in sharing and introducing her Northern Thai food with the Bay Area community. She is especially proud of deploying her food trucks to serve Thai food to her beloved followers during this trying COVID period. Her cuisines are always prepared with authentic Thai ingredients and methods, endearing her to all of her food buyers.
